For CalmPaws, I designed a friendly, trust-building, and easy-to-use website that makes information instantly clear and accessible for people looking for dog boarding and pet care services. The goal was to ensure that visitors immediately feel the caring atmosphere and can smoothly reach the booking or contact point, all within a visually harmonious and functionally logical interface.

I started the design process by gaining a deep understanding of the target audience’s needs: I explored what people look for when choosing a dog boarding or grooming service, and which information helps them make a decision. Based on this, I defined the main content blocks and hierarchy.
When shaping the information architecture, I paid special attention to making the services easy to review, clearly highlighting the benefits of the boarding facility, and guiding visitors directly toward booking or getting in touch. I also structured the FAQ and introduction sections so the user journey remained simple and logical.
