Terms and Conditions
Effective from: January 16, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) set out the terms of use for the services provided by sole proprietor Viski Adrienn Mária (UIXAdri).
1. Service Provider Information
Service Provider name: Viski Adrienn Mária (UIXAdri)

2. Scope of the T&C
These T&C apply to all legal relationships established between the Service Provider and the Client through contact made via the Service Provider’s website, email, social media channels, or any other electronic means.
By ordering a service, the Client accepts the provisions of these T&C.
3. Subject of the Services
The Service Provider offers the following services:
UI/UX and web design
Website design and development (e.g. on the Framer platform)
Website redesign
Design-only services (Figma designs)
Consultation, revisions, and maintenance (based on individual agreement)
The exact scope, pricing, and deadlines of the services are always defined in an individual agreement (email discussion or quotation).
4. Ordering Process
The Client contacts the Service Provider (e.g. via form, email, or DM).
The Service Provider prepares an offer.
By accepting the offer, the Client places the order.
The service is then provided according to the agreement.
The order becomes valid once the Client accepts the offer in writing.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Service fees are determined individually in each case.
Payment may be made:
by bank transfer in advance, or
by any other method agreed upon by the parties.
The Service Provider is entitled to request a deposit before starting the work.
6. Delivery and Deadlines
The Service Provider fulfills the agreed deadlines based on the information available and to the best of their ability.
Deadlines may change if:
the Client provides information or materials late,
the Client requests changes during the project.
7. Revisions and Feedback
During the service process, the parties work within a pre-agreed number of revision rounds.
Additional revisions may be requested for an extra fee.
8. Copyright
All designs and materials created by the Service Provider are protected by copyright.
The right to use the final, fully paid work belongs to the Client, however, the Service Provider retains the right to display the work in their portfolio as a reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
the accuracy of the data provided by the Client,
the operation of third-party services (e.g. hosting or platforms),
the Client’s business results.
10. Withdrawal and Termination
In the case of digital services, once the work has started, the Client loses the right of withdrawal.
If the project is interrupted due to the Client’s fault, the Service Provider is entitled to payment for the work already completed.
11. Data Processing
The Service Provider processes clients’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Complaints
The Client may submit complaints via email at info@uixadri.hu.
The Service Provider aims to resolve complaints as quickly as possible.
13. Miscellaneous Provisions
Any matters not regulated in these T&C shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
